Sports Performance
Our 8th grade through college programs are designed to help athletes move better, faster, and more powerfully. Training includes mobility work, plyometrics, strength development, power training, and dedicated speed work to maximize athletic performance.

Adult Functional Training
Adult semi-private strength training is a one-hour, small-group (3 adults) program focused on improving mobility, strength, and power, with exercises tailored to your individual fitness level to help you move better and feel healthier.

Speed Training
The speed training program develops game-changing speed through high-intensity sprints, technical drills, plyometrics, and mobility work. Athletes use an electronic timing system to track sprint performance and the Run Rocket for resisted sprints to build acceleration and power. Agility drills improve change of direction, while strength and mobility enhance explosiveness and efficiency.

About Nick Haberlach
Coach Nick Haberlach is an elementary PE teacher and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association with a Master’s in Applied Exercise Science. He trains middle school/high school athletes and adults with individualized strength programs, all conducted in a group setting. Sessions are designed to improve performance, movement, strength, power, health, and reduce injury risk. Speed training for athletes is conducted in large groups and is held at a park in Mountain View.
